Beware of Unlicensed Contractors!

Improperly maintained roofs do not only lower the value of your home, but are also a serious hazard to health and safety. By employing an unlicensed roofing contractor, you could be held liable for any employment taxes, workers compensation, accidents and injuries related to the roof.

Hollister Roofing had been licensed and lawful since its inception, and we work for your best interests.

Here is an example of a roof from an unlicensed contractor only after one year, with thousands of dollars in repairs necessary to amend damage done by insufficient nailing.

Re-Roofing

Beware of unlicensed contractors!

This is an example of a roof only 1 year later.

Re-roofing is the process of installing a new roof when a roofing system fails. Roofing system failures can be caused by a number of factors, including age, severe weather, poor workmanship, defective materials, improper specification of a roofing system, abuse, poor ventilation and failure to maintain the roof via inspections.

Roof Repair

Repair is a process where an existing roofing system has additions and adjustments made to it, such as caulking, re-coating and repairing penetration to fix leaks in the roofing system. We offer repairs for Homeowners, Real Estate Agents and Insurance claims.
